Secretary/Administrator
A South Coast Plaza small CPA firm is seeking a full-time, dependable, punctual receptionist/office administrator. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephone, setting up appointments, filing and interacting with clients.
Must Have:
English language proficiency
Receptionist experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Windows, Excel, and Word
We prefer familiarity with:
QuickBooks billing
Payroll Processing
Lacerte Tax Software
