Who’s eligible for the second round of Economic Impact Payments?

Who’s considered a qualifying child?

If I live in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, will I get a payment if I’m eligible?

I’m a citizen or resident of one of the Freely Associated States (Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau). Am I eligible to receive a payment?
