Mr. Fallahi has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and preparation of income tax returns for Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, Trusts and Individuals. A Certified Public Accountant since 1983, he has earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Master's degree in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Juris Doctor (JD); a doctorate degree in Law. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Fallahi worked with major CPA firms. He is experienced both in industry and government. His professional experience dates back to 1971. He utilizes services of competent professional staff in his practice.
