About the Founder's qualifications

Zaher Fallahi started his professional career during his high school years working for a Big-Three construction company. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, his Master’s degree in Accounting and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Zaher worked in private industry, prominent CPA firms, and as an auditor of a major government agency.

Zaher Fallahi obtained his Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1983 and his California CPA certificate after moving to California in 1990. He resumed his educational endeavor while managing his own CPA practice and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and was admitted to the California Bar Association. He practices both as a CPA and as an Attorney At Law, See 
Tax Attorney . Zaher Fallahi practices as Los Angeles Tax Defense Attorney and Orange County Tax Defense Attorney, and assists clients in solving their tax problems and controversy with the US IRS and State and local tax agencies. He Also advises clients on Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations with respect to Iran also known as the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations (ITSR) and transferring money from Iran to the US form legal and tax view point.
